After 32 years of service with Dorchester Presbyterian Church, and 42 years with the Presbyterian Denomination in ordained ministry, The Reverend Dr. Richard Cushman will retire on June 8th, 2008. He was the founding pastor of this congregation, and he will be greatly missed. But we are looking forward to what the future holds for us and how God is calling us to be faithful disciples in this time!

Thanks to your generous contributions, we were able to raise $951.70 to benefit our Haiti Outreach Program at our yard sale on April 28th. And thank you to all of the "special" members of our congregation who worked countless hours sorting, pricing, hauling, and selling all the wonderful stuff that was donated. There were lots of bargains, and everyone had a good time. Unsold Items were donated to Habitat for Humanity and Palmetto House. Once again, our congregation gathered in fellowship as we worked together side-by-side to benefit our outreach ministries.
